Time of Day
We have added the ability for you to determine at which time of the day you want the Preventive Maintenance Task to start! That's right, no longer will you be getting email notifications late at night for the next day of tasks, now you can say, "I want them to arrive at 9 am" and that's when they will arrive. Pretty nifty eh!
Assets
That's not all. We are now allowing you to attach an Asset for easy Asset Management directly from the Scheduler. Think about that! You can say, "we will be doing maintenance on this particular asset every quarter", and our system will automatically register it as a transaction within your asset history...making your life easier one click at a time :)

Oh, but wait, there's more! We have also given you the ability to...wait for it...wait for it.... to assign a Vendor, a Dollar Amount, A GL Code and even have the task automatically email the vendor of choice with the notification right from the Scheduler. PLUS! You can assign it automatically to an internal user as well. It doesn't stop there, we also give you the option to make a task a priority.
I think it's safe to say that the Maintenance Care Scheduler is like the greatest thing ever invented, right?
New ME Button
We know how long it can be to type your own name and type the date and time in the notes area every time you have a new entry to make, so we created a button for it. When you edit a task, and you enter some notes, now you can click the ME button and it will put all that information in the Notes where your cursor is. I love the Me Button and you will love the Me Button too.
Vendor Control
Last but not least for this round of great Maintenance Care enhancements, we bring to you Greater Vendor Control! You can now set vendors to be seen by one, two, three or all facilities in your organization through a setting that we call Global. You determine who can use them within your organization with a simple drag and drop window that is easily managed.
We have also allowed you to Assign a task from the Edit Task window. You can make your vendors accountable for working on those specific projects that you have deemed their responsibility. Make sure to select to view the Vendor Column in the Task List so you can quickly see who is supposed to be working on what.
