Itsy Bitsy Tiny New Tools Added with HUGE Benefits ;)

More Tools Available

We hope you're having fun in the sun this summer! Maintenance Care is excited to announce several powerful new reports that are now available starting in July!  Report writing is a big part of our ongoing efforts to get you the information you want to see, in the way you want to see it.  Here's a few more we've added to our growing list.

Scheduled List Report
You can view in a .pdf a list of all your Preventive Maintenance items, grouped by frequency (weekly, monthly yearly, etc...)  The report eliminates duplicates for you, so this is a great report to show an auditor all of the tasks you have set to work on within the entire year.  Two Options - Summary and Detailed.

Asset Transaction List Report
You can view in a .pdf a list of all the transactions for your assets grouped by asset class (dietary equipment, kitchen equipment, etc...) The transactions set within your selected date range will appear in this report to allow you to view, print and hand out a history of all your equipment repairs and costs.  Two Options - Summary and Detailed.

Filter Bar Enhancement

We've added the ability for you to search by Task Type on the filter bar.  Now you can select from your facility's task list to isolate and view only those tasks that you wish to focus on.  This new filter option can really help those of you that are using Maintenance Care for multiple departments such as IT or Housekeeping.

Sequence Number on Building Areas
You can now add a sequence number to the building area in the Admin tab.  By setting a sequence number you determine in which order the item will appear on the selection list within the Maintenance Request page.  In the past, only the Task Type had a sequence number, but now you can do the same with your Building Areas.

Task Initiator on Mobile App
We've added a field for you to view on the mobile app which now shows you who created the request.  If you tap on the task from your list, you will see the initiator of the request at the bottom of the details screen.

mySuper Update

We are happy to report that we are working at a pilot for three locations which will allow us to properly determine costs and reduce initial technical issues once we are ready to launch mySuper to all of our customers.  So far, everything is working out great and we hope to be able to deliver to you some more information about pricing really soon.  For more information about mySuper visit - www.mysuper.net
